Allergen Information


The following Allergens maybe present in the Homemade Brownies bakery and certain products listed below.

Each product is made to order so certain items can be omitted on request, as we are only a small bakery we cannot guarantee that traces of any of the following allergens do not appear in any of our products even if not included, every care is taken to make sure cross contamination does not occur in Gluten Free Brownies, these brownies are made with separate mixing bowls and at a time when no other production is happening:

          • Soya - Soya lecithin used as an emulsifier in the production of chocolate used in all brownies
          • Cereals containing gluten
            • Wheat Flour - used in all brownies & blondies except the gluten-free brownies 
          • Lupin - maybe present in Wheat flour used in all brownies & blondies
          • Molluscs - not used in any product currently but may occasionally be present in the bakery
          • Fish - not used in any product currently but may occasionally be present in the bakery
          • Milk - used in all brownies & blondies, appears as Butter and Concentrated Milk
          • Peanuts - used in the peanut butter brownie
          • Eggs - used in all brownies & blondies
          • Tree Nuts
            • Hazelnuts- used in Hazelnut brownies. Nutella - used in all brownies
            • Pecans - used in the Pecan Chocolate Chip Blondie
            • Almonds - used in the Caramalized Almond Blondie
            • Walnut - used in the Chocolate & Walnut Brownies and Pear & Walnut Brownies
          • Mustard - not used in any product currently but may occasionally be present in the bakery.
          • Celery - not used in any product currently but may occasionally be present in the bakery

And whilst not all of our brownies contain nuts, they are prepared in a kitchen where Nuts and Seeds, including Sesame, are handled. If you have a question regarding Allergens in our products please contact us.
